I was born and raised in church. I went on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday for most of my childhood. I was baptized multiple times and I have said the sinner's prayer more times than I could ever recall. But I did not know God. 

When I went to college I replaced church attendance with parties.  I was determined to make up for all of the fun I thought I missed.  Toward the end of my party phase I attended a church service and responded to altar call. I rededicated my life to Christ and actually came to know and love Jesus for myself. 

Fast forward a couple of years, I married a man who exhibits the character of Christ more than anyone I know. We have two beautiful daughters and I finally understand to a small degree how much God must have loved us to send his one and only son to die for our sins. Knowing who I was and thinking about who He is, I can't help but share The Good News! 

So here we are, making cookies to spread His message of Hope!  That's my story, what's yours?
